Abstract

This research was conducted with the following objectives: (1) Knowing the Implementation of the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Program at the Ad-Durrah Integrated Islamic Private Elementary School in Medan City by using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) model (2) Knowing the advantages and disadvantages of implementing the program. Tahfidz Al-Qur'an at the Ad-Durrah Integrated Islamic Private Elementary School, Medan City. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative using an evaluative approach and the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process and Product). Data is validated through triangulation of sources and methods used. The results of this study indicate that (1). The implementation of the Context aspect in the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an program at SD IT Ad-Durrah includes the basis for implementing the program, namely on a philosophical basis (Al-Qur'an and hadith) as well as a sociological basis (society). The aims and objectives of the program are to increase students' love for the Qur'an which involves all students, teachers, and parents. The implementation of the Input aspect in the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an program at SD IT Ad-Durrah includes the qualifications of teachers and students who have met the criteria, program infrastructure that is available and adequate and the available budget funds are not through a fixed budget. annual. The implementation of the Process aspect (process) in the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an program at SD IT Ad-Durrah includes the implementation of activities that can be said to have not gone well because the process of implementing learning activities has not used lesson plans as a reference for the learning process in the classroom and the lack of parental care becomes a problem. one of the obstacles in the implementation of the program. The implementation of the Product aspect (results) in the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an program at SD IT Ad-Durrah includes the results of the Tahfidz program, students have met the predetermined daily memorization criteria and even some students have completed memorizing 2 Juz Al-Qur'an when they were in school. class III. (2) The advantages of implementing the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an program at SD IT Ad-Durrah have Tahfidz teachers who are mutqin and have completed memorizing 30 Juz Al-Qur'an and schools that fully support the implementation of the program. The disadvantages of implementing the program are that the learning process does not use lesson plans as a learning reference and the lack of coordination between Tahfidz teachers and homeroom teachers during the program.
