Abstract

This study aims to: 1) describe the implementation of student moral education during the covid pandemic, 2) find out the synergy between PAI parents and teachers in moral education for students during the covid pandemic, 3) analyze barriers and solutions for PAI parents and teachers in moral education. students during the pandemic. This research uses a qualitative method, the type of holistic case study is carried out at SDN Kaligondang which is the locus of research, namely with the subjects, among others, parents of students, teachers of Islamic religious education, students, as well as peers. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Triangulation techniques in this study are used to test the validity of each data and information that researchers get about the case that is the focus of research by verifying data and information from the same source with different techniques. Researchers conducted data analysis using source triangulation techniques to obtain the same data from different sources. The data is then presented in a narrative manner in the form of arguments from the interview results as well as descriptions or explanations as well as pictures and conclusions drawn inductively. The results that the researchers got, (1) Implementation of student moral education during the pandemic, from PAI teachers usually gave advice and online student assignments such as; whatsaap groups, google meet and zoom, while parents usually guide, advise and educate their children by providing direct examples, both through speech, courtesy and in terms of worship (2) Synergy of parents and PAI teachers in moral education students, namely establishing good communication between people and teachers, maximizing their respective roles, namely by helping each other between teachers and parents in carrying out their duties, teachers are tasked with providing advice or assignments to students while parents accompany their children directly when learning online from home; (3) Obstacles for parents and PAI teachers in children's moral education, are children often disobey their parents, play games excessively, lack of parental understanding, limited access for teachers, etc., as for the solution, teachers and parents must actively Seeing the moral development of children every day, it is necessary to evaluate learning during this pandemic, both from the teachers, parents and students themselves, it is done for the sake of success in implementing moral education to children.
