Abstract

One traditional pesantren whose analytical research in applying knowledge management is the Lirboyo Islamic boarding school that will be focused on Madrasah Hidayatul Mubtadi'in for Aliyah stage. While in the implementation of knowledge sharing can be divided into two, namely santri and Mustahiq.
