Abstract

The study aims: (1) Knowing the form of religious development in minority children, (2) Knowing a minority religion to be a factor that influences child development, (3) How religious minorities have implications for the development of children's religion. The results of this study show three conclusions. Namely covering (1) That to know the concept of religious dynamics in minority children must be done to look at the development of children who are religious minorities implications found there are supporting factors and inhibitory factors. Supporting factors include school facilities and facilities, teacher factors, as well as environmental factors. While the factors inhibiting child development include student factors and parental factors. (2) Religious minorities are not a factor that affects the development of every student in school, the application of learning in the class of worship centers. In looking at the development of religion in minority children, a teacher has several strategies that can be achieved, including through storytelling methods, singing methods, tourist methods, watering methods, habituation methods, play methods, and discussion methods. (3) Religious minorities have implications for the development of children's religion can be seen from several factors that influence the concept of learning. Every activity carried out in the school environment must be complete with learning facilities and learning media. Because the school always pays attention to students without discriminizing the religion it embraces. The form of attention and care of a teacher will make children feel comfortable and safe even when doing activities with children who are different religions with other
