Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working capital management consisting of cash turnover and inventory turnover on the level of profitability of mining sector companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index for the 2017-2019 period. This study uses quantitative research, namely by studying and looking at the financial statements of mining sector companies listed on the Sharia Stock Index for the 2017-2019 period and found a sample of 21 companies. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression. It was found that working capital management consists of cash turnover and inventory turnover. The cash turnover has a positive effect on the company's profitability. Meanwhile, inventory turnover does not affect the profitability of mining sector companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index for the 2017-2019 period.
