Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variables including Push Pull Mooring (PPM) on switching intention and switching behavior to islamic digital banking services. In this study, the data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires were distributed to as many as 100 respondents, namely sharia bank customers who switched from manual banking services to digital banking services. The analytical technique used in this study is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS SEM) for testing the measurement model (validity and reliability) and structural model (relationship between constructs). The results of the study indicate that the driving factors in the form of pricing and involuntary switching have no significant effect on switching intention and switching behavior to islamic digital banking services. The pull factor in the form of alternative attractiveness and responsiveness have a significant effect on switching intention and switching behavior to islamic digital banking services. Mooring factor in the form of switching costs for switching intention and switching behavior to islamic digital banking services. Mooring factor in the form of switching costs moderate the influence of the driving factors in the form of pricing and involuntary switching on switching intention and switching behavior to Islamic digital banking services. Mooring factor in the form of switching costs moderate the influence of the pull factor in the form of alternative attractiveness and responsiveness on switching intention and switching behavior to Islamic digital banking services.
