Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of career motivation, perceptions of Islamic banks and knowledge of Islamic banks on interest in working in Islamic banks, a case study of Islamic banking students at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The population in this study are Islamic banking students. In testing the hypothesis in this study using the SPSS method.. While the number of samples taken as many as 112 respondents. The sampling method in this study is probability sampling, while the sampling technique is simple random sampling. The results showed that career motivation and perceptions of Islamic banks had a positive influence on interest in working in Islamic banks, while knowledge of Islamic banks did not have a positive effect on achievement of interest in working in Islamic banks.
