Abstract

Kalasan Health Center has been in the spotlight of the Sleman District Health Office because it is considered slow in terms of responding to cases of the covid 19 pandemic that began to enter the work environment of Kalasan Health Center, a decrease in the number of patients that can be handled by 50% during the covid 19 pandemic. The research uses weick organizing theory, a qualitative descriptive research method. The results of this study showed that organizational communication plays a role for employees in preparing plans, coordinating to carry out health protocols during work to reduce the rate of spread of covid 19 in the work environment of Kalasan Health Center.
