Abstract

The diversity of the Indonesian people is a source of strength in maintaining the integrity of the country. The source of strength is also the identity of this nation, which creates a high tolerance attitude about maintaining peace, unity and the unity of this country. The world was shocked by the presence of a deadly virus, namely Covid- 19, which was found in Wuhan, China and this virus was found in Indonesia in early 2020 until now. The Covid-19 virus has spread throughout the world as well as a global threat that has an impact on people's lives, especially on activities outside the home, for now activities outside the home are limited known as physical distancing or social distancing, this situation intends to avoid physical contact directly, and prevent direct transmission. The policy regarding this Blended learning learning strategy is that parents/guardians give the freedom to choose whether to agree to limited face-toface learning or to continue distance learning. This multicultural education should be directly felt, can be felt in the school environment, around the house, or in other environments, will provide direct experience to children, so that they can understand, how to behave, behave to accept and respect others, and make differences that exist not something that is wrong. foreign. The results showed that: The implementation of blended learning in TK Melati during the covid-19 pandemic: 1) Learning Conditions in TK Melati during the covid-19 pandemic During the Pandemic, teaching and learning activities were carried out in a blended learning manner 2) Implementation of Blended Learning in TK Melati During the COVID-19 pandemic, blended learning was divided into four models, one of the blended learning models that was applied at Melati Kindergarten during the pandemic was the Enriched Virtual Model. Supporting Factors: In the implementation of multicultural education, students can get to know their peers directly and play together without any sense of limitation, and Obstacles in the Implementation of Multicultural Learning in Melati Kindergarten During Blended Learning During the Covid-19 Pandemic: The implementation of learning is still limited in time due to the circumstances covid-19 pandemic. 3) The implications of implementing multicultural education in early childhood during blended learning during the covid-19 pandemic at Melati Kindergarten: The learning activities carried out provide direct experience by meeting teachers and friends, showing examples of physical differences from eyes, nose, hair, skin color, that all of God's creation is different from the color of skin, eyes, hair, and height.
