Abstract

Religious education in early childhood is instilled in children so that every development and growth is always based on the right faith. With the imtaq center learning model in it there are a series of learning activities in order to prepare and lay the foundations for instilling faith and piety in children. In the field of education, the role of management is very important in determining the quality of an educational institution, especially curriculum management to achieve educational goals. Thus there are three main focuses in this study: (1) the influence of the IMTAQ center curriculum in shaping religious experiences in early childhood, (2) the implementation of the IMTAQ center curriculum in shaping religious experiences in early childhood, (3) the implications of the IMTAQ center curriculum in shaping religious experiences in early childhood. This research is a qualitative research, the subjects of this research are class B students, teachers and staff of RA Hj. Sri Musiyaarti, the city of Semarang. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, conclusion, and data validity test. The results of this study are the curriculum management of the imtaq center in shaping religious experiences in early childhood in group B in RA Hj. Sri Musiyati Semarang City, among others: (1) the imtaq center curriculum is influential in shaping religious experiences in early childhood, because RA Hj. Sri Musiyati Semarang City collaborated with the Ministry of Religion curriculum with the 2013 curriculum. With the arrangement of the curriculum, it is expected to give birth to students who have a balance of faith and piety as well as science and technology, (2) curriculum implementation is a learning activity, namely the imtaq center learning model which is the embodiment of a curriculum that is real, by planning annual and semester programs. Planning is also made weekly with daily planning, the organization of the curriculum drafting team has implemented curriculum management, curriculum evaluation is carried out by the principal and the curriculum team is carried out every semester and every year by reviewing how learning and conditions are taking place. Evaluation related to learning is carried out by taking into account the principles of assessment that are determined by prioritizing the process rather than the results, (3) the management of the IMTAQ center curriculum has implications for the formation of faith, morality, the Koran and hadith, worship, Islamic stories in early childhood
