Abstract

Aimed at understanding the implementation of rights and obligations for pregnant female convicts serving time in iib class yogyakarta. The problem formulated is: how does the implementation of rights and obligations to pregnant female inmates in the penitentiary based on provisions governing the pandemic or not? How can legal protection be taken against a pregnant female inmate against the rights and obligations she has while in a marketable institution? This research includes the normative empirical law-research typology. Research data are collected by direct interviews at the iib yogykarta class of women's society, and then prepared and presented the results in a descriptive description. Analysis was made using a qualitative descriptive method with a sociological yuriy approach. The study USES juridical empiris approach study, a juridical approach that assesses current normative concepts or regulatory regulations while the empirical proposes a review of realities found in the field (the iib class iib yogyakarta institute). This study shows that it is based on research in the iib class of iib women's correctional facility, after it has been separated, women have improved a lot.
