Abstract
This studied aims to determine the description of stress coping strategies for school teachers in MA Tarbiyatul Banin Banat Alasdowo Pati. Tthis studied, there was three people obtained by purposive sampling technique. The method in this researched was qualitative method through phenomenological approached. Data collection techniques in this studied in the form of interviews and observations. The data analysis technique used in this researched was the form data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this studied indicate that teachers experience stressors which include no preparation for online learned, lack of mastery technology, financial decline, demands for adjustment, limited learned tools, unprepared schools for online learned, condensation of working hours increased workload, multiple role conflicts, and low student learned requests. The teachers most used problem-focused coping strategies, namely; planful problem solved, seeking social support. Although the online learned situation of the covid-19 pandemic was not favorable for teachers, teachers tried to understand the problem could took placed comfortably and could foster the motivation. The results of this studied indicate the importance of paying attention to the mental health of teachers during this pandemic and the needed for necessary support have been able to cope with stressors.
