Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of sharia compliance, profitability, growth opportunity, and firm size on the company's decision to practice hedging. The population of this study are non-financial companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2013-2020. Sampling was done through purposive sampling method so that a total sample of 96 observations was obtained. The data used in this study is the annual report of each company in JII. This study is a quantitative logistic regression study using the SPSS 25 application. The results show that sharia compliance has a significant negative effect on the company's decision to practice hedging, while profitability, growth opportunity and firm size have a significant positive effect on the company's decision to practice hedging. (hedging).
