Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced technology causes online business activities to increase. As a result, many large businesses market their products online. Recently, an online marketing strategy that is on the rise is the affiliate marketing system. Affiliate marketing is a system of marketing products with the help of other intermediaries. Later the intermediary will get paid when it successfully sells a product. The increasing growth Of the affiliate marketing business system. Of course, this is very concerning regarding the legitimacy of the affiliate marketing business in terms of Islamic law. Because of very little research on this issue. For that reason, this research is written to find how the affiliate marketing business system works and study it in the theory of muamalah principles. This study uses a type of field research method. Data obtained from PT. Taqychan Group Indonesia has implemented an affiliate marketing business system. Collect data using interview techniques to employees of PT. Taqychan Group Indonesia and several affiliate marketers of PT. Taqychan Group Indonesia. And make observations through a specials website for affiliate marketers. Based on the results of this research, the implementation of muamalah principles in the affiliate marketing business system at PT. Taqychan Group Indonesia shows that: 1) Affiliate marketing business transactions of PT. Taqychan Group Indonesia is legally allowed and by the concept of a juga lah contract, 2) Affiliate marketing business of PT. Taqychan Group Indonesia is carried out voluntarily among all parties, 3) Affiliate marketing business of PT. Taqychan Group Indonesia is implemented by bringing benefits and avoiding harm, 4) Affiliate marketing business of PT. Taqychan Group Indonesia does not maintain the value of justice and stays away from elements of tyranny because it does not provide evidence of a clear cooperation agreement between marketing affiliates and product owners, and the royalty commission system violates the rules of buying and selling Al Ghunmu bi al Ghurmi
