Abstract

KBM App is an application that is used to channel expressions and stories through writing as well as a place to read various works that are entertaining, educational, enlightening, and inspiring. Apart from being a place to channel hobbies, for the most productive writers and readers in this application, there are prizes that can be obtained. In this application, users are free to work and build as many networks as possible. The more followers the more profit you will get. In this application, authors can earn coins, royalties, and can sell ebooks, hardcopy books, have a dropshipper, and print books. In KBM App there is cooperation between the users with KBM App called system of monetization is a way to earn money from KBM App by filing monetize on the work or writing and affiliate system which is a passive income that can users get from KBM App without the need for capital. The monetization system in this KBM App deserves to be studied, in terms of aspects of Islamic law which in syirkah does not only receive benefits and generate profits, but there are conditions and pillars that must be met in order to avoid losses and injustices by each party. This research is library research, which is a series of activities related to library data collection methods. The type of research in this thesis is normative or doctrinal legal research using a qualitative approach and analyzed using a descriptive analytical deductive method. There are two theories that form the basis of this research, namely contract theory and profit sharing theory in the perspective of muamalah law which are then used to analyze transactions in the KBM App. So, it can be seen how the law of business or income is in the KBM App monetization system. The results of this study indicate that business or profit sharing in the KBM App is in accordance with Islamic law. Based on a positive legal review, the KBM App has provided complete information about the terms and conditions that apply in accordance with the ITE Law. The implementation of the collaboration between the user and the KBM App is an electronic agreement in which there is a profit sharing when the user has monetized stories or writings if they have met the applicable terms and conditions. Judging from the theory of the syirkah contract, the cooperation is in accordance with the elements of the syirkah contract and the provisions for profit sharing are given based on what the parties or users are doing. The profit-sharing provisions provided are in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law, because it was mentioned at the outset when going to do the contract (monetize writing) listed in the agreement in the application menu of the Komunitas Bisa Menulis (KBM App)
