Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence customer interest in distributing zakat funds through digital banking with the UTAUT model. The researcher uses quantitative methods and uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the SPSS version 25 program. The sample in this study is Islamic bank customers who use digital banking and have reached the nishab to pay zakat maal. The result of this research is that there are 2 influential variables, namely performance expectancy and facilitating condition. And 2 other variables, namely effort expectancy and social influence, have no effect on behavioral intention. However, simultaneously all independent variables affect the dependent variable.
