Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of exports, imports, foreign investment, and in-flation on economic growth in Indonesia. Methodologically, this research was con-ducted using quantitative methods using secondary data. The Time Series data anal-ysis technique uses the Error Correction Model method assisted by the Eviews 9 pro-gram. The data used in this study are data in Indonesia and annual data for the period 1986-2020. Research data in the form of secondary data obtained from the World Bank. The results of this study indicate that in the long run the individual export var-iables significantly affect economic growth. Meanwhile, in the short term, the export variable has no effect on economic growth, while the import variable in the long term individually affects the economic growth in Indonesia. In the short term, the import variable has no effect on economic growth. In the long term, the individual Foreign Investment (FDI) variable has a significant negative effect on economic growth. And in the short term, the individual Foreign Investment (FDI) variable has a significant negative effect on economic growth. In the long term, the individual inflation variable has a significant positive effect on economic growth. Meanwhile, in the short term, the inflation variable has no effect on Indonesia's economic growth.
