Abstract

This study aims to determine the interest of the millennial generation in the use of Islamic mobile banking. The variables of benefit, ease of use, trustworthiness, and service features are used as a measuring instrument for the acceptance of the Islamic bank's mobile banking. The object used is the millennial generation in Lampung Province with a total of 100 people. This research uses SEM-PLS for its research method, carried out with the help of SmartPLS 3.0. Based on the data processing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the variables of benefit, ease of use, trust, and service features have a positive and significant influence on the interest of the Lampung millennial generation in using mobile banking.
