Abstract

The development of Islamic banking in Indonesia has increased every year, but this development is still less significant. This study aims to find out the influence of bank reputation, administrative benefits and religious stimulants on the interest of non-Muslim to become customers of Islamic banks, especially non-Muslim communities in Cilacap Regency. Instruments/tools in data collection in this study used questionnaires which were distributed directly or online to respondents. The sample search in this study used a purposive sampling technique, namely the collection of samples by providing certain criteria limits. From these restrictions, obtined a sample of 100 people. The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple regression analysis through the SPSS v.23 application. The results showed that the bank‟s reputation and administrative benefits had a positive and significant effect on the interest of non-Muslim to become customers of Islamic banks. While religious stimulants have no significant effect on the interest of non-Muslim to become customers of Islamic banks
