Abstract

This research aimed to 1) know the recovery efforts which are done by UMKM during the pandemic Covid-19; and 2) explain the relationship between sharia law and recovery efforts that done by UMKM. This research used qualitative research which involved qualitative descriptive analysis technique. This research used primary data that are obtained through interview aimed at UMKM actors in Gamping and Godean areas of Sleman district. The research sample was 10 people who have different UMKM business and located in Gamping and Godean of Sleman district. According to research result is found that 1) UMKM actors did recovery efforts by involving online system on their business during the pandemic. Through online system, UMKM actors can still do selling and maintain the business; 2) based on sharia law, doing recovery efforts by using online business system allowed as long as it fulfills the previsions and regulations that apply in Islam. If there were elements of usury, injustice, monopoly and fraud, then the online business system is not allowed
