Abstract

This research aims to measure the level of technical efficiency, revenue, alokatif, and economical in micro small enterprises (MSMES) batik in Kampung Tamansari, Yogyakarta City. To find out what variables are the source of inefficiencies in each micro small Medium enterprises (MSMES) batik in Kampung Tamnasari, Yogyakarta and find solutions to achieve the level of efficiency in entrepreneurs who have not reached efficiently. This research is a quantitative study. Using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method, which is a non parametric method with a linear program based on the measurement of relative efficiency of an economic activity Unit (UKE). Where to use the input variables labor, fabrics, night, paraffin, and dyes, while the output variable batik production, turnover, and profit. The results showed that out of the 17 samples used were 7 respondents who had not been declared technically efficient, while the other 10 respondents were technically efficient, 1 respondent was declared to be efficiently alocative, and 5 respondents have been declared to achieve economically efficient.
