Abstract

This research was conducted in the background of wealth and wealth assets in educational institutions, especially Islamic educational institutions. This is because many Islamic education institutions do not maximize the potential of their assets and they are not able to find the right composition in asset management. Asset management uses wealth management with ISO 55000 standards as an asset management solution, with the hope that the value of assets that can be developed, maintained and passed on to the next generation, can then be developed and can have an impact on the supporting aspects of education, one of which is facilities and infrastructure. Aim of studies of wealth management as a development efforts to develop facilities and infrastructures in Sunan Drajat Islamic boarding school are; (1) asset and wealth managements Sunan Drajat Islamic boarding school, implementation of wealth management using the ISO 55000 approach at Sunan Drajat Islamic boarding school,(3) implementation impacts of wealth management on development of facilities and infrastructures in Sunan Drajat Islamic boarding school. This research is qualitative research to describe event in the field, using some theories. The data taken by some methods: (1) interview, (2) documentation, (3) observation. Validation data used triangulation data and sources. The results showed that first, asset management, especially finance, was carried out by dividing the financial institutions of education managed by BKK and business finances managed by the pesantren economy. In its management using financial management and financial management principles. Second, wealth management using the International Standard of Organization (ISO) asset management, using 6 steps of the asset management life cycle in accordance with ISO 55000. Based on the author's review, it can be seen that there is still potential for asset management that still needs to be maximized, namely in the gap analysis phase. and the pre-feasibility analysis phase. Third, the impact of wealth management in Management in the development of educational facilities and infrastructure at the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School, including (1) completeness of educational facilities and infrastructure. (2) well-maintained educational facilities and infrastructure. (3) effective use of educational facilities and infrastructure.
