Abstract
Thematic village program is a program launched by the Pamekasan Regency Government, with the aim of boosting the economy of the village communit. However, the program has not been fully able to move all villages in Pamekasan Regency, therefore it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of the program in order to move the economy in all villages in Pamekasan.The purpose of this research is to answer three questions, namely: how is the concept of thematic village program in the field of economics in Pamekasan Regency, how to evaluate the implementation of thematic village program in pamekasan regency, and what are the factors that affect thematic village program in pamekasan regency. This research is qualitative research with a type of field research, while the object of this research is the Pamekasan Regency Government. The data collection methods used in this study are observation, interview, and documentation. While data analysis techniques are carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal.The results revealed that the thematic village is a concept of soail marketing that tries to elaborate the uniqueness of each village. The strategies used are context evaluation strategies, input evaluations, process evaluations, and product evaluations. Factors supporting the implementation of thematic villages are one of them is community participation in local government programs.
