Abstract

Poverty is a problem that is not easy to find a solution for. In Islam, zakat is one way to overcome poverty, namely by utilizing zakat funds to help mustahiq businesses or productive zakat. The purpose of this study was to determine whether productive zakat affects the development of mustahiq micro-enterprises. In addition, researchers also examine the effect of business duration and information technology on mustahiq income. This research was conducted at BAZNAS Bantul Regency because BAZNAS Bantul Regency has the Bantul Sejahtera program which aims to help mustahiq MSMEs through productive zakat.which aims to help mustahiq MSMEs through productive zakat. The sample in this study amounted to 54 mustahiq in Pleret District. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and interviews to mustahiq. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative research. The data analysis stages in this study were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression analysis, R2 test, F test, and T test. In analyzing the data the researcher used SPSS 25. After analyzing the data, the conclusion is that productive zakat has an effect on the development of micro-enterprises. The length of business has a positive effect on the development of micro-enterprises. Technology has a positive effect on the development of micro-enterprises.
