Abstract

The development of people’s economic needs which are increasing day by day, one can seek to find loan money through bank and non-bank financial institutions. In providing bank financing, of course it cannot be separated from Non Performing Financing (NPF) or commonly referred to as Non Performing Financing (NPF). The purpose of ths study is to find out and analyze how the effect of Working Capital Financing, Murabahah Financing, and Third Party Funds (DPK) on Non Performing Financing (NPF) in Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2015-2020 Period. The sampling tecniqueused was purposive sampling technique in which was processed through Eviews10 and also multiple linier regression analysis to determine how much influence the independent variables have on the dependent variable. The result of data analysis show that the variables of Working Capital Financing and Murabahah Financing have a significant positive effect on Non Performing Financing (NPF), while Third Party Funds have a significant and negative effect on Non Performing Financing (NPF) in Islamic Commercial Banks for the period 2015-2020.
