Abstract

The problem of waste in Indonesia is increasing day by day. This is caused by various things such as improvement of people’s lifestyle, population increase, or people’s consumption changes. This is not only happen in Indonesia, but also in another country in the world. The waste problem is not only about waste production, but also about people’s paradigm in waste management and many more problems related to waste. For example, the waste problem that happen in tourism city, Bali. Although it is increasing year after year, the waste pick up system in Bali is still far from good. For example, often garbage officers don't pick up trash on time, resulting in garbage piling up. This encourages people to burn waste. In addition, service personnel who pick up trash on a predetermined schedule often find trash bins that are not fully filled or even empty, making waste transportation ineffective.. Based on the waste problem that occurred, one of the capstone project development teams at Bangkit Academy tried to solve this problem by creating an IoT application and device called Buangin to streamline the waste transportation system. The development stage has also reached the beta test stage which has been carried out in Bali. The writing of this thesis was conducted to determine the development process for one of Buangin's products, namely the Buangin Garbo application where in this study it will be explained how the Scrum implementation process starts from analysis and design which is then used as a product backlog, sprint process, and the results that have been made..
