Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic led to policies on restrictions on community activities and routines, namely the implementation of work from home and work form office systems. The policy caused employees of the state civil apparatus to experience a decrease in performance. The implementation of work from home is also applied in The Government Public Relations of The Special Region of Yogyakarta. In contrast to government agencies that experience a decrease in performance, The Government Public Relations of The Special Region of Yogyakarta managed to maintain and even improve their performance achievements amid the conditions of changes in the work system. This research aims to analyze the organizational information system of The Government Public Relations of The Special Region of Yogyakarta in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic and analyze the inhibiting and supporting factors in the system. The theory used in this research is organizational information theory. This research uses case study methods with a qualitative approach. The results of this study showed that the organizational information system of The Government Public Relations of The Special Region of Yogyakarta in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic was running quite well. In the system also found three inhibitory factors and three supporting factors.
