Abstract

This research focus to determine the effectiveness of the Yogyakarta Ministry of Religion Official Website in Public Services from January to June in 2018. The survey on visitors to the yogyakarta.kemenag.go.id website is measured by the website effectiveness variable and the quality of public services. It is expected that the information obtained from this research can be used by Yogyakarta Ministry of Religion as an evaluation material to measure the effectiveness of the website in yogyakarta.kemenag.go.id on the quality of public services so that in the future it can further improve the quality of the website of the Yogyakarta Ministry of Religion Official Website as public service media. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is the Yogyakarta community with a sample of 98 people, as for the data analysis technique researchers used Product Moment with SPSS 22.00 software. As for the result of this study, the effectiveness of the Yogyakarta Ministry of Religion Official Website effective in public services, as based on evidenced by the internaliztion process, self identifiction an visitors submission to the website. the result of Product Moment correlation between variable X (Effectiveness of the Yogyakarta Ministry of Religion Official Website) the variable Y (Quality of Public Service of the Yogakarta Ministry of Religion) is 0.601, this value is applied to the table of the Correlation Coefficient and is at a strong level. Furthermore, to see the level of effectiveness of the Yogyakarta Ministry of Religion Official Website on the Quality of Public Services can be seen from seceral indicators, namely specifically direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty that are in an effective position.
