Abstract

The background of problem who pushed this research is the reality of HMI training, especially the branch HMI of Yogyakarta where at right now to assesment had stagnation, or degradation. The formulation of training management to do by branch HMI of Yogyakarta has many to help solved and aids to bring training of branch HMI of Yogyakarta to better and capable to response anything who becomed age needs. The orientation of this research is (1) to know how the training management to do by branch HMI of Yogyakarta. (2) to know how the dynamic of training who conduct by branch HMI of Yogyakarta, is there change or not. (3) to know how the implication of training who did by branch HMI of Yogyakarta about the cadre quality. This research the qualitative research, to mean to understand of the fenomenology who feel by research subject like the behavior, perception, motivation, and the action. With use fenomenolgy approach to look, the fact observe, indication, the incident to happen who next to save in writing form. Data or document to collected is not numeral form, but its from observe result, review, documentation. The result of research to show that the training management to did by branch HMI of Yogyakarta the universe same with the other HMI, but theres is a few something to difference between branch HMI of Yogyakarta with the other like, the formulated of topic who explain, and the speaker to invite not only of HMI Cadre but outside the cadre of HMI. From the other side the researcher found that in branch HMI of Yogyakarta, however the strong political, it will not influence of training procces. Very difference with the other branch who took political unsure to training area. If look from quantity aspec. The branch HMI of Yogyakarta since 2015 period until 2018 period, the quantity of cadre branch HMI of Yogyakarta to underwent increasing from the commissariat side or cadre, however that increasing no too significant, different with Agussalim Sitompul founded in early 2000 ago. Whereas from quality aspec, the branch HMI of Yogyakarta its dynamic. Especially from quality aspec of Islamic breath and accountability insane.
