Abstract

The background of this research is originated from the existence of the dictation of the common sciences and the religious sciences, thus raising the gap between the science of religion and secular science that essentially the two sciences work together, mutual greeting and interrelated between one field with the other fields. Do not blame each other or disbelieve one another. Therefore, the researchers offer the Integration-Interconnection Paradigm that essentially wants to show that between the various fields of science is actually interconnected, because it is aimed by all disciplines of science is the reality of the same universe, it's just the dimensions and focus of attention seen by each of the different disciplines. With this paradigm, an educator must have a vision of interconnection-integration that examines one area of science by utilizing other scientific fields so that there is no gap between the science of religion and general science. The research approach used is qualitative approach (qualitative research) by doing field research (field research). And data collection techniques in the form of documentation, observation and interview. From the results of this study it was found that, PAI teachers in SMP IT Abu Bakar have implemented an interconnection-integration paradigm in PAI learning, this is evident when PAI teachers describe the matter of "faith to the end of the day" PAI teachers integrate it with geography about "natural disasters" , and the material on "Hajj and Umrah" is integrated with the science of Astronomy about the "Center of the Sun's Orbit" and some other material that the researcher has described in this thesis. The contribution of the integration-interconnection paradigm is in the learning process is able to improve students' creative thinking skills this is evidenced by the existence of several indicators of creative thinking skills that researchers find in the process of teaching and learning in the classroom. For example, when PAI teachers ask questions, students are able to answer with the right answers and students are able to express ideas smoothly and smoothly. In addition, the interconnection-integration paradigm is also able to make students more enthusiastic in the process of teaching and learning in the classroom.
