Abstract

The study is in the background with the discovery of symptoms such as the late teacher's arrival, there is a teacher not yet in uniform with a fixed one and when the learning process is done a teacher has not finished the learning administration such as RPMS and so on. The purpose of this study to analyze the headmaster's management to promote discipline, to know the strategy and the factor of the teacher's discipline impediment. Contributions in this study can help the madrassa head to increase teacher discipline in taking policy against teachers who disobey order and find steps to discipline teachers. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative study, using a string of phenomena. In data collection, writers use methods: observation, documentation and in-depth interview. Data analysis USES three-part analysis techniques: data reduction, data presentation, deduction or verification. As for testing data credibility, the author USES the data-source triangulation technique. The results of this study suggest that the management of the teacher's discipline the head of madrasah did so with the beginning of planning, in which the head of madrasah made an order to discipline the teacher and set an example for the teacher. Administration, the head of the madrasah does a routine coaching and breeding to the teacher. Evaluation, the head of the madrasah conducted the good evaluation weekly, monthly, quarterly and persemester to measure the extent of the teacher's application of order. Second, the madrassa's strategy of promoting teacher discipline is demonstrated by encouraging and confident teachers in completing the learning adminitrasan and obeying the order, providing guidance and direction, supervision and approach to teachers. Third, contributing factors and head impediment to increased teacher discipline. The supporting factor is good communication between the head of the madrasah and the teacher and reward given. The inhibiting factors are the minimal honorarium, the limited time for information technology training and the facilities to complete learning administration.are a roadblock to teacher discipline in completing the learning administration.
