Abstract

This study aims to determine the acceptance of Eprint-based institutional repository at the UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Library based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) indicators. The method used in this study was descriptive quantitative. The subjects in this study were users of Eprint-based institutional repository of the UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Library and the object of the research was the acceptance of the institutional repository of the UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Library. The number of samples used in this study was 98 respondents selected by the purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis techniques using percentages measured using a Likert and processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 tool. The results showed the percentage of usefulness indicators was 81.16%, then the percentage of ease-of-use indicators was 78.27%, and the percentage of acceptance indicators for IT was 70.95%. Based on these results, the percentage of acceptance of Eprint-based institutional repository of the UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Library was 76%, which means that it belongs in the category of strongly agree so that it can be said that the institutional repository based on e-prints of the UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Library is very well accepted by users.
