Abstract

The recent child rise of perpetrators molesters is indeed very worrying. In accordance with government regulations, molesters who are in conflict with the law before serving their temporary sentence will be admitted to a child rehabilitation facility. The so-called children in conflict with the law are children aged 12-18 years who are suspected of committing a crime. Seeing the current condition of society, it is very possible for children to become pperpetrators of obscenity. Due to the lack of attention from parents, economic conditions, the development of the digital world that is so fast and easily accessible by anyone. Individual counseling is one of the efforts to assist clients in solving problems for perpetrators of child of obscenity. This research is qualitative, with the subject of psychologists, clients and social workers. The object of this research is about the stages of individual child perpetrator of the crime of obscenity in BPRSR D.I. Yogyakarta. While the data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study First, the initial stages of counseling include: building a communication relationship that involves the client, creating openness between the counselor and the client, defining the problem and negotiating the contract. Two, mid counseling include: reassessment by involving the client, acceptance of problems with the client, the individual counseling stage, the counselor assists the counselee in solving problems and the counselor maintains the counselee's relationship. Third, the final stage of counseling includes: changing the client, the client's life plan, knowing the anxiety, and the client knowing the final outcome of the individual counseling session.
