Abstract

Pandemic COVID-19 are fearful for the whole world largest no exception Indonesia. According to the rules minister religion of Indonesia at August 2020, boarding school Was allowed to perform directly learning. Some boarding school began to prepare and implement plan to reopened the direct school sistem, one of them PPTQ Insan Kamil. Prepare health protocols and lesson plans in the middle covid 19 in scope boarding schools is not easy. In addition, pptq insan kamil should work together with all relevant parties, Especially parents and the government. In this study the authors used a descriptive qualitative research type with the determination of the subject using snowball sampling. And data collection techniques were carried out using interview techniques, observation and documentation as secondary data validation. The results of this study, it was found that organizational communication at PPTQ Insan Kamil was running well, judging from the strukture, flow, sistem and function that had been running. Several efforts were found from planning to implementing the new normal regulations at PPTQ Insan Kamil. The effectivity of Communicative Actions in PPTQ Insan Kamil can be seen from some claim conforms to the theory of Kelman; Identification, at this stage it can be interpreted that the guardians already know who the communicator is, and the capacity of the communicator. So that the identification stage can run well. Internalization , the identification stage has made the internalization process between PPTQ Insan Kamil and walisantri go well.
