Abstract

A Pattern of Islamic communication in establishing unity in the Islamic community adiluwih , Pringsewu district. In connection with the communication pattern of Islamic religious instructors in this case, communication is one of the important things in creating a relationship between humans because in everyday life, most of our time is used to communicate. The importance of studying communication is to avoid misunderstandings and make communication more effective. Many people think that communicating is easy, as easy as people breathe because we are used to doing it since birth. Humans realize a process of communicating is not an easy thing, after someone has felt and experienced obstacles or obstacles when communicating. This study aims to find out how the communication pattern of Islamic religious instructors in establishing harmony, how the application of the concept of harmony carried out by Islamic religious instructors in fostering harmony in the Islamic community of Pekon Waringinsari Timur, and the supporting and inhibiting factors experienced by Islamic instructors in fostering harmony in the Islamic community . This research is a qualitative research that seeks to describe the reality correctly. Sources of data used are primary data sources and secondary data sources, including the Head of KUA, Islamic Religious Counselors, Jama'ah Mothers and the Management of the Ta'lim Council. Data collection methods are observation, interviews and documentation. Test the validity of the data, namely technical triangulation and source triangulation and analyzed continuously by reducing data, displaying data, and verifying data. The results showed that; a) Interpersonal communication of the Islamic Religious Counselor at his fostered Ta'lim Council is to use direct interpersonal communication by conducting face-to-face meetings to provide understanding, direction and like-minded ideology which will be one of the ways in which religious instructors embrace the congregation; b) Concept of Harmony; The wheel communication pattern and the chain communication pattern use many stages (methods) or transactional, namely directly/face to face or through religious leaders gradually, spreading to the community through direct/correspondent interactions with questionnaires, and in the form of practices that have to do with guidance. and counseling; c) Supporting and Inhibiting Factors; 1) The existence of the religious nature of the citizens of waringinsari east; 2) The existence of noble cultural values that have been rooted in society such as mutual cooperation; 3) Mutual respect for freedom to worship according to their religion; 4) Cooperation among internal religious communities, between religious communities and between religious communities and the government; 5) Facilities from the government. and also the inhibiting factors, namely geographical, psychological, human resources, as well as supporting facilities and infrastructure for religious education.
