Abstract

The background for writing this thesis is that the Tanjung Sari Muslim Internals have various different views related to religion, these differences make internal conflicts potential such as a sense of prejudice that is not good for other internals, so there is a need for reducer in the potential conflict through a communication. Therefore, the main problem is "How Inter-Internal Group Communication in Creating Harmony". The main purpose of this research is to find out how the differences in the views of each internal group in religion, also find out how mutual views on internal and inter-Internal communication in reducing the potential for conflict. Its purpose is to contribute ideas for the village government and the community to understand that differences are not something that divides Muslims, but rather to tolerate each other. This thesis research uses qualitative methods. The data collection process was carried out by means of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. In analyzing the data, the researcher used Miles and Huberman Data Analysis. The analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Conclusions were drawn in this study by extrapolation which was varied on the basis of the reliability of the research findings. The results of this study inform a lot of things as follows: the perspective of each internal Muslim Tanjung Sari has differences in religion. As in the field of Aqidah, the Nu group is more based on the Imam Abu Hasan Al-Asy'ari school of thought, while the Salafis are based on the Salaf and Khilafatul Muslim schools according to the Caliph at the time of the Prophet. Then in the field of Worship, the Nu Group is more adapted to the conditions but cannot be separated from the sources of the Qur'an and Hadith, etc., while the Salafis and Khilafatul Muslims follow what the Prophet SAW did. In terms of internal muamalah, Nu is free as long as it follows the appropriate rules. Salafis and Khilafatul Muslims must conform to what they believe. Each group has its own way of creating harmony, namely by mutual tolerance, understanding how to communicate each group, respecting each other with the existence of a new group and so on.
