Abstract

In the last decade, according to Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW) there has been a high tendency of fraud, fraud, and embezzlement in public institutions. This phenomenon is inversely proportional to the application of good and clean corporate governance. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice, leadership style, internal control system, and ethical behavior on the tendency of employee fraud in Prembun Hospital. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The research method used is quantitative methods and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of Prembun Hospital and the samples were non-medical employees. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. This test was carried out using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that organizational justice has no effect on the tendency of employee fraud. Leadership style has a negative effect on the tendency of employee fraud. The internal control system has a negative effect on the tendency of employee fraud. Ethical behavior has a negative effect on the tendency of employee fraud.
