Abstract

Pandemic Covid-19 has many results in company forced house or To do disconnection connection work (layoff) because of the government which applies policy restrictions on social scale big (PSBB). Sector employment is one sector which affected pandemic Covid-19. With a lot of disconnection connection work During time pandemic Covid-19 writer To do studies case on three companies in environment authority Court Connection Industrial on Court Country Yogyakarta that is PT. bounty Glorious Sentosa , PT. Jogja monument Trans and PT. bounty Sun Propertyndo . Study this for knowing view judge to rights laborer those who were laid off by company which affected pandemic Covid-19 and protection law power work those who were laid off by unilateral by company yag affected pandemic Covid-19, is already in accordance with legislation which apply . Type study is a study field that looks for source data through Court Connection industrial. As for method which composer Use in study this is use method descriptive analytical that is analyze cases disconnection connection work by unilateral by company in Century pandemic Covid-19 in Court Country Yogyakarta. Method collection data obtained through results observation , results Interview , study References , as well as sources others who support the study field .
