Abstract

Customer satisfaction in the business world is important. Besides being able to be used as an indicator of the success of an item or service, the level of customer satisfaction can also be used as a portrait of the future of the company. Go-Food and Grab Food as digital services engaged in food, service quality and ease of use of applications are very important in measuring the company's level of success in meeting consumer satisfaction. In addition, millennials who tend to have consumptive behavior by expecting cheap prices, practicality and also convenience in choosing products or services, so it is interesting to study further regarding the influence of service quality, price, application features, and halal awareness on consumer satisfaction in both services among students. This research is a quantitative study with Multiple Linear Regression analysis which analyzes the effect of the independent variables Service Quality, Price, Application Features, and Halal Awareness on the dependent variable of Consumer Satisfaction. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Sharia and Law, UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Sampling in this study used a snowball sampling technique with a total sample of 100 samples. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires through social media. The test results show that service quality variables and application feature variables have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction in using Go-Food and Grab Food services. The price variable has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction in using Grab Food services, but does not significantly affect consumer satisfaction in using Go-Food services. While the halal awareness variable has no significant effect on consumer satisfaction in using Go-Food and Grab Food services.
