Abstract

Darussalam Plus Kindergarten (TK) Darussalam Plus TK started operating in June 2004. Starting from classrooms that only use the front of the boarding school room, now as the number of students registering increases, the Foundation has started to build a special kindergarten building in the back. boarding school building. Because of this rapid development every one to three years there is an addition of one class for each level. Until now there are seven classes for each level (A and B) and the current number of students is 244 people. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of the quality of educational services on the satisfaction of parents/guardians of Darussalam Plus Maguwoharjo Kindergarten students. This research is a causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population of this study were parents/guardians of Darussalam Plus Maguwoharjo Kindergarten students. The sampling technique was carried out using calculations by Slovin with the results of the calculation of a minimum sample of 100 respondents. In this study, researchers took a sample of 150 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis tool uses simple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. The results of the study found that the quality of education services had a significant positive effect on the satisfaction of parents/guardians of Darussalam Plus Maguwoharjo Kindergarten students. The magnitude of the influence of the quality of education services on the satisfaction of parents/guardians of Darussalam Plus Maguwoharjo Kindergarten is seen from the coefficient of determination (R square) of 5.2%.
