Abstract

Single Tuition Fee (UKT) has been applied as a payment system for all State Universities (PTN) in Indonesia since 2013. Single Tuition Fee (UKT) itself consists of several groups which are determined based on the financial stance of the students, their parents, or other parties who provide the funding. At UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, the determination of student Single Tuition Fee (UKT) groups is still done using Microsoft Excel. On the other hand, the parameters used to determine the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) of each student require accuracy and precision. Therefore, a technique is needed to facilitate the determination of student Single Tuition Fee (UKT) at UIN Sunan Kalijaga. The research method used in this study is the DECLUE Clustering algorithm. There are 4357 prospective student data, the next step is to determine the results of the process. There are 93 in cluster-1, 1670 in cluster-2, 2213 in cluster-3, 304 in cluster-4, 35 in cluster-5, 29 in cluster-6, and 13 in cluster-7.
