Abstract

Final exam is an activity carried out by the education unit to measure the achievement of student competencies at the end of the semester. The test instrument is one of the measuring tools to determine the competencies possessed by students. In this case, the researcher used a sample at MAN 2 Bantul Yogyarakta, in which the questions tested tended to test more aspects of memory. There are different formats in the administrative or management tools for the implementation of KBK on the dimensions of planning, implementation, and evaluation used by teachers in five districts/cities within the Education Office of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Therefore, there needs to be an effort to assist teachers in conducting item analysis on student learning outcomes. The making of SKI questions by subject teachers is based on the grid agreed upon by the MGMP (Subject Teacher Consultation) of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research is an exploratory descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Data was collected through documentation of student answers, questions, and final exam questions. Student response data were analyzed using the item response theory approach, SPSS, and R. The results of the analysis that has been carried out on 25 questions about the Islamic Cultural History subject at MAN 2 Bantul can be concluded that the results of the content validity test are stated to be very high with a result of 0.60, the empirical validity is stated to be 25 valid items and 1 item is invalid in question no. 4, the cognitive level category of year-end exam questions in Bloom's taxonomy contains C1 21 and C2 4 questions. The reliability test of the question analysis has a value of 0.82748 with a very high category. The results of the 1PL parameter analysis showed that the difficulty level of the 25 items was quite balanced. It can be proportioned that 7 items are categorized as very easy, 5 items are easy, 4 items are difficult and 9 items are moderate. The results of the item parameter analysis with the 2PL model, the level of difficulty parameters 2 items are very easy, 11 items are easy, 11 items are moderate, and 1 item is very difficult. In this 2PL model, there are no items that fall into the difficult category. The results of the analysis of the different power parameters showed that there were 23 good questions, 1 good question, and 1 bad question. This shows that the different power level parameters are quite good. The results of the 3PL model analysis show that the difficulty level is 1 very easy item, 9 easy items, 13 moderate items, and 2 difficult items. The differentiating power of 24 items is good, 1 is quite good, false guesses from the questions, 8 items are not good and 17 items are good. The results of the analysis of the suitability of the 1PL, 2PL, and 3PL models that produce suitable items are found in the 1PL model.
