Abstract

Muhammadiyah is one of the largest Islamic organization at Indonesia, beside NU (Nahdlatul Ulama). Founder of Muhammadiyah is KH. Ahmad Dahlan, at 1912. After that, Muhammadiyah spreading among people that live in Yogyakarta before known by most. Although Muhammadiyah can accepted, the means factor that made organization bigger is action from inside of. Especially KH. Ibrahim, the second leader that followed from 1923-1932. The man who's make alot of changing on body of Muhammadiyah. Under his leader Majelis Tarjih, Nasyiatul Aisyiah, and Pemuda Muhammdiyah was created. KH. Ibrahim was not active at Muhammadiyah, while KH. Ahmad Dahlan lives. That's why? KH. Ibrahim is interested to written. Passing trough historical method, and behavioral approaching that can focus on situation and realism condition we can descript about KH. Ibrahim thought, movement and alot of action. Turning point of this subject is KH. Ibrahim as historical thought. He more as liberator than just leader, cause alot of thing that he made and KH. Ahmad Dahlan wasn't do that. So, there is reduction thought from KH. Ahmad Dahlan as founder and KH. Ibrahim as second sage. Beside contamination of colonization by Netherland. div
