Abstract

The smooth distribution of fuel at Fuel Terminal (TBBM) requires measuring instrument technology to determine its availability. Technology for monitoring fuel stock at TBBM still uses direct measurements which are measured manually and uses automatic measurements which are Automatic Tank Gauges (ATG).. This research aimed to design and manufacture an monitoring and early warning system based on ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 and Internet of Things (IoT). The research methodology was divided into three phases. The first phase was observation by looking research that has been done. The second phase was the prototype design monitoring and early warning prototype system of fuel tank by using Fritzing applications. The third phase was the manufacturing prototype design monitoring and early warning system of fuel tank by connecting the tools and the materials needed to become a system. The prototype system that has been created will be displayed using Blynk applications and LCD 20x4. (NF)
