Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the Baitul maal wa tamwil financing has, the length of establishment of the business, the quality of human resources, and the number of workers on the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises in the city of Yogyakarta. The population in this study are MSME actors who are customers of BMT financing in the city of Yogyakarta. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The technique that will be used is purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used is data quality test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis test with the help of SPSS 25 data processing program. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the variable BMT Financing (X1) and the variable Number of Workers (X4) had a significant effect on the development of MSMEs. While the variable duration of business establishment (X2) and the variable quality of human resources (X3) have no significant effect on the development of MSMEs. The results of this study are expected to increase the insight and interest of MSME actors in choosing sources of capital to develop their business by taking financing at Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT).
