Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Quality Of Work Life, Perceived Organizational Support and Self Efficcay on Organizational Commitment to Bank BPD DIY Syariah employees. This study uses a saturated sampling technique in which all members of the population are used as samples, the sample size used in this study is 64 employees. The analytical method used is the analytical technique used in this study, namely reliability test, validity test, multiple linear regression test, statistical test through T test, F test and determinant coefficient (R2) and multiple classical assumption test with the help of SPSS 22. Collection method data by using interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. The results showed that Kualitas kehidupan kerja had no effect on Organizational Commitment, while Perceived organizational support and Efikasi diri had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment of Bank BPD DIY Syariah employees.
