Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of corporate governance and intellectual capital on firm value in companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index for the 2015-2020 period. The panel data in this study are 80 companies with a total of 480 observations. The data were analyzed using panel data regression with a fixed effect model. The findings of this study are that the corporate governance variable has a positive effect on firm value by proxy for the proportion of independent commissioners and the size of the board of directors, while the variable frequency of directors' meetings and institutional ownership have no effect. The intellectual capital variable was also found to have an effect on firm value with the proxies of human capital efficiency ratio, negatively on the structural capital efficiency ratio but intellectual capital efficiency ratio did not affect firm value. Based on these results the company can maximize corporate governance and intellectual capital as a reference to increase the value of the company.
