Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of adopting the UTAUT 3 model on customers who use BSI mobile banking. This research is a quantitative research. The sample in this study are BSI customers throughout Indonesia. Purposive sampling was used in the sample collection process, and a total of 200 samples were used. Partial Least Square (PLS), one of the statistical equation methods of the Structural Equation Model, is used as the data analysis methodology in this study of the Structural Equation Model (SEM).
