Abstract

Gojek advertisements attended with the concept of an interesting story and get attention from society. Advertising is a media that contruct a reality and delivered on a message in advertising. This ad making a bid ease of a message “Pasti Ada Jalan” with gojek, this is a depiction of ease that send to give an example ease up on every daily activities and provide the motivation that impulse there a way to solving the problems. The purpose of this research to know the representation of the symbol of the ease in each gojek sign displayed in advertising. The research used a semiotical analysis from Barthes with outlined three meaning of denotative, connotative and myths significations. The research shows that representations of ease in Gojek ads in represents is through, activity attitude, figures and property. But, when represent ease in ease activity. This ad found that the meaning of a message from the sign of a message that made the convenience of what happens to have negative social impact as the act of consumptive, behavior that is like something instant or quick.
