Abstract

This research aims to (1) produce a dynamic electricity practicum module with problem based learning model for Muhammadiyah 1 Wanareja Junior High School students. (2) Knowing the quality of dynamic electricity practicum module with problem based learning model for Muhammadiyah 1 Wanareja Junior High School students. (3) Knowing students' responses to the dynamic electricity practicum module with problem based learning model for Muhammadiyah 1 Wanareja Junior High School students. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) research. The development is carried out using a 4-D research model which consists of 4 steps, namely: (1) Define (2) Design (3) Develop (4) Disseminate. This research was carried out until the develop stage, namely limited test. The instruments used in the study were validation sheets, product quality assessment sheets and student response sheets. The product quality assessment sheet uses a Likert scale with a scale of 4. Meanwhile, student response sheets use the Guttman scale which is made in the form of a checklist. This research produces a dynamic electricity practicum module with problem based learning model for Muhammadiyah 1 Wanareja Junior High School students. The quality of the practicum module based on the results of assessments from media experts, material experts and science teacher has Good, Very Good and Good criteria with a mean skors of 3,05, 3,53 and 3,11.The student's response to the module in the limited test has Agree (S)criteria with a mean score of 0.92.
